What Departments are hiring?
As of February 2022, we have positions available in Development, Marketing, Sales and Professional Services.
Wow, that’s a lot of Departments. Why so many?
Our current hiring push coincides with having recently shifted our entire product and service stack moving into the cloud (specifically Microsoft Azure). This move has created fantastic opportunities, and some spicy interesting challenges as we continue to take advantage of new business and infrastructure opportunities.
We’re now able to instantly scale to our larger customer’s needs – anywhere on Earth (with Moon / Mars support planned for Pulse Platform 3.2). An unexpected but fantastic consequence is that we can now serve smaller budget minded customers in a way our competitors couldn’t hope to in their wildest dreams.
Somehow, we’ve been able to do all of this while maintaining a fair and equitable distribution of time slots for everyone here to positively savage respectfully challenge co-workers at the official 121 Systems Ping-Pong table. Talk about bouncing ideas off each other! Get it? More like Zing-Pong, am I right?
That joke was horrible and makes me want to stay far away from whoever wrote it. Are there opportunities for WFH / Hybrid working?
We’re located in the beautiful sunny locale that is Derbyshire, England, and we owe a lot to the talent and community both here and in nearby Nottingham.
There will be some preference given to candidates for Lead/Senior positions who are somewhat local and can be in office at least during onboarding / initial Voltron-combinification of their team.
However, we intimately understand the overwhelming urge to, and the unimaginable improvement to quality of life that working while in pyjama bottoms and not dealing with traffic brings. One half of the Work/Life balance is significantly more important than the other, so If you aren’t local to the area (and don’t have the gift/curse of superhuman teleportation) we’re open to WFH and Hybrid Working.
